Ordering Customised Items

Our team are here to guide and support you through the ordering process. The following sections provide an overview to ordering customised promotional products. We can print most logos and designs, however please remember that on some of our smaller items very detailed artwork may not be suitable. Our design team will work with you to create a proof.
Our team will let you know if there are any problems with your artwork and advise on how best to correct these. The following pointers will help us to provide the best result for you:
- error_outline The following file formats are not suitable for printing: Microsoft Word, Excel, Powerpoint or Publisher.
- error_outline We can accept EPS or PDF files with a minimum resolution of 300dpi.
- error_outline Files of up to 20Mb can be sent via email.
- error_outline For larger files we recommend using a free service such as Hightail (formerly YouSendIt) or Dropbox to transfer the file(s).
For most products, we can match your chosen colour, for the material or the print. If you have a PANTONE® number, we can match that subject to minimum order quantities.
Please note the industry standard for PANTONE® matching dyed material is +/- 10%, and colours are often not accurately reproduced on a computer screen.
When you have agreed all your design and specifications with our team, we will send you a proof and quote, by email, for your review and approval.
Once we receive your confirmation, we will produce a more detailed mould artwork showing embossed elements of your design where applicable. Once both artworks are approved we will then produce a mould and a photograph of the moulded rubber product.
If you are happy with the image of the moulded product we will, on your approval, move to mass production. Any changes made to the mould at this point would incur additional mould charges.
Please pay particular attention to this stage, checking that all logos, text, spelling, colours et cetera are correct, as this is the final check prior to production.
Delivery and Turnaround
For some non-customised products, we can often deliver the next day but please contact us to check available colours or other options, and stock levels.
For customised products, the lead times will vary between each product. These are clearly noted beside each product on the product pages. If you have an urgent deadline, we may be able to expediate production depending on available production slots. Please contact us to check. We do not generally charge extra for this service.
If you are ordering a range of different items these may be sent as multiple deliveries where appropriate, at no extra cost to you.
After confirming you order, you will receive an invoice with a link to make a secure online payment. Payment before delivery is required for all first time orders.
We can accept payment by credit card, cheque or BACS, whichever is most convenient for you.
To make it easier for us to process and deliver your order quickly, please let us know if there is a specific person/address that your invoice should be sent to or if you require a purchase order number on the invoice.
